COMPREHENSIVE, FUNCTIONAL & BEAUtiful SOLUTIONS
How WE work
Every home and every client are different, therefore there are many ways we can help. LaNook offers a variety of services tailored to your needs, removing any stress from the project. Perhaps you only want advice about one room or one sofa? Or, maybe the whole house is calling out for attention...
Each project, regardless of size, generally follows a similar path.
1. Telephone Consultation. To understand your exact requirements, a brief phone conversation will ascertain the project scope. So much can be learnt from a friendly chat! (no costs involved).
2. In-home/ On Site Consultation. Meeting on site allows the designer to really get a "feel" for both the client and the space. A full project brief will be collected and maybe even a few ideas discussed there and then. This consultation generally lasts around an hour at a cost of $265.00 including GST. Budgets, aesthetics and how each space is used will be discussed- but don't worry if you're uncertain about what you like or don't like, this is just the beginning!
3. The Proposal. After a consultation, a proposal is devised to reflect the work involved moving forward. You will understand the inclusions (and possibly exclusions), costs and time-frames of the project. Should you wish to proceed, this document becomes the basis of the work undertaken.
